Mushroom Soup

I made mushroom soup the other day. Actually, it was last saturday.
With my new Braun multiquick!

And before you even pass a comment on my culinary skills, the mushroom soup WAS edible!
Edible is the word to use. =)

It was no doubt tasty.
In fact, it was too tasty.
Hahahaha! I put too much butter.
I am a butter freak. But the mushrooms looked like they were too dry while I was frying it. So I added butter till the mushrooms were sort of SOAKED in it!
I added less than half the slab! Errmmm... that would be about 125g?!
*chuckle*

I'm not much of a cook, though I do get adventurous from time to time!
Less butter & we are good to go! =)

The mushroom soup is good ok! Like the one in Marche, or so they say.

Didn't have much time to muck around with my multiquick this weekend. Perhaps next weekend! There's brownie & double choc chip cookie mix waiting for me in the cupboard! Weee!!! Can't wait to get my hands on those!

My dear guinea pigs: Get ready for a "feast"! *strains her ear to listen out for the groans!*
