I lived my life with your lies.
All those words.
Those you said with such conviction.
Those you said you meant.
Blind faith.
Trust.
Wife.
Forever.
Never disappearing.
Importance.
Top priority.
Love.
Care.

You made yourself a liar, true & true.
2 years ago and now again.

The pain you inflict.
You don't care.
Because the one hurting ain't you.
Because the one crying ain't you.
Because the one loving ain't you.
Because the one caring ain't you.
Because the one giving ain't you.


Your sins, they haunt you.
They always will.
Because these sins, you keep repeating them.
Over and over.
No repent.

So take your quiksilver lies
those that are on the tip of your tongue
ready to burn those etches in my heart
ready to burn those etches in my brain
& get out of my life.
